Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s official Instagram account has seemingly unfollowed Kate Middleton and Prince William.
The Sussex Royal account doesn’t follow the Kensington Royal account, according to a report published Wednesday by Page Six.
The royal duo behind the account have made a decision to highlight different causes on their Instagram each month.
Markle and Prince Harry announced that each they would be highlighting accounts that focus on different causes and would change the accounts they follow each month to match the cause. For May, they chose mental health awareness. (RELATED: Did A Royal Website ‘Glitch’ Just Reveal The Name Of Meghan Markle And Prince Harry’s Baby?)
“Each month we will honour this same concept and change the accounts we solely follow based on a different theme or cause. Please go to our homepage and click “following” to see each of the select accounts and find out more about their work,” the royal couple wrote on Instagram.
Apparently, that includes unfollowing accounts of family members, which seems a little odd. You would think they could keep following all the different royal family accounts. Kate and Prince William have also been supporters of mental health awareness in the past, which is another reason it seems weird that they would receive an unfollow.
The story behind Harry and Meghan’s move to Frogmore Cottage? Harry and Meghan spreading their wings. No big fallout but Kate and Meghan not close. No royal properties available in London apparently.

Starting with the Markle and Prince Harry’s decision to move out of Kensington Palace, there have been multiple reports that the two women never got close, but there wasn’t a fall out between them either, according to the Express’ royal correspondent Richard Palmer.
