Capitol City Produce President Darin Arceneaux joined Daily Caller White House correspondent Maranda Finney to discuss what his company is doing to cope amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Capitol City Produce is a food distribution company based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana – a state hit very hard by COVID-19. Arceneaux said that this pandemic has encouraged food industry companies to start working together.

“You can’t think about someone as a competitor any longer,” he said. “You have to think about what they bring to the table as a resource [or] a partner that gets food in front of people in an affordable and a dependable way.”

In an effort to give back to its local community, Capitol City Produce is working with its former competitors to employ some of their furloughed workers amid this novel coronavirus epidemic.  (RELATED: Mark Cuban Daily Caller Interview: Trump Deserves ‘All The Credit In The World’ For Handling Crisis)
