LA Lockdowns: How Will It Impact Restaurant Owners?

Daily Caller reporter Jorge Ventura joined Caity McDuffee to discuss recent restaurant restrictions in Los Angeles.

“One thing that I also just learned a lot, you know speaking to restaurant owners, is how everyday in the restaurant industry really counts,” Ventura said.

Christian Nunez, the business owner of the restaurant Don Sals, told Ventura that he had to let go of employees right before Thanksgiving and Christmas.

“I had to let everyone go, but I had to tell them a day before Thanksgiving that there’s no more work, a month before Christmas, that we might not even open by Christmas,” Nunes said. “So I had to tell them, people with families, people with kids, that they’re probably not going to have work.”
