Buffalo Bills receiver Cole Beasley played part of the season hurt.
According to multiple reports, the Bills receiver informed the media Monday that he spent the end of the season playing with a broken fibula! (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)
Your fibula is a long bone located in your lower leg.
Cole Beasley reveals that he broke his fibula and played through it.

Cole Beasley said he broke his fibula in Week 16: “Take a few meds & suck it up.” Said it hurt vs Colts & somewhat less vs Ravens. Said it didn’t bother him vs KC. “There was no way I was gonna miss a playoff game.”

Of all the injuries to play through, I wouldn’t put playing with a broken fibula anywhere near the top of the list.
I’m not even sure how you can do that seeing as how weight and pressure is put on the bone every single time you plant your foot.

There are a lot of soft athletes in the NFL. Not nearly as many as the NBA, but there are still plenty. Clearly, Beasley isn’t one of them.
Anyone willing to suck it up and play through the pain of a broken fibula is the kind of guy I want on my team.
