Hideki Matsuyama still goes to the airport like everyone else.
Matsuyama sent shockwaves through the world of golf Sunday when he won the Masters in dominating fashion, but he’s still not flying private just yet. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)
In a photo posted by @RiggsBarstool, the newly-crowned champion was chilling at the Atlanta airport and he was flying commercial.
Listener spotted Hideki & his crew at ATL this morning. Carrying the green jacket through the airport flying commercial. Love to see it. #respect pic.twitter.com/GIZ0EsabfM

Twitter user Bryan Ptak posted a second photo of the Japanese-born sensation sitting by himself with the green jacket resting on a random seat.

How can you not love everything about this? The man is about to become one of the most famous golfers on the planet, and he’s still traveling around like the rest of us.
No private jet for Matsuyama. He had to slug it through the TSA and then sit at the gate and wait for his flight.
HIDEKI MATSUYAMA WOULD NOT BE DENIED!
With this win, he becomes Japan’s first man to win a major title ???????? ???? #themasters pic.twitter.com/EbmdIzG2gD

I’m not even a huge golf guy, and I love this. Imagine if you were just chilling at the airport and saw the NBA champions hanging out waiting for a flight to leave.
Obviously, something like that would never happen, which makes Matsuyama hanging out like an average bro so awesome.

Never change, Matsuyama. Never change!
