This is a gigantic blow to the Titans. Henry is one of the best players in the league, and Tennessee’s entire offense revolves around him.
His dominant rushing abilities force defenses to pack it in, which allows Ryan Tannehill to throw. If Henry is out, the passing game will go with him.

The Titans are currently 6-2 and they’re on pace for an outstanding postseason run. However, none of that will happen if Derrick Henry is hurt.
The Titans still might make the playoffs, but any hopes of competing for a Super Bowl will be gone.
If the MRI confirms the Jones fracture for Derrick Henry, that’s a roughly 8 week recovery. It would mean Derrick Henry could be back in January and for the playoffs — if they make them. https://t.co/hv9b0xuTVS
