A woman named Kristina Hirsch has alleged that an actor who matches the description of Warren Beatty coerced her into sex when he was 35 years old and she was only 14.

Hirsch filed legal documents in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, which describe her alleged attacker as being a “renowned and well-known actor and producer who was nominated for an Academy Award in 1967 for his role as Clyde in Bonnie and Clyde,” according to The Hollywood Reporter. Although the allegations pertain to a 49-year-old assault, legislation passed in 2019 opened a three-year window for those who wanted to file a claim of sexual abuse, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Hirsch further alleges that the man in question paid “undue atention” to her when she was a minor. She claims he gave her his number and told Hirsch to call him when she was near a hotel he staying in at the time, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

“Due to defendant Doe’s stature, position of authority, predatory grooming and manipulation of Plaintiff, as well as Plaintiff’s young age, Plaintiff was initially thrilled that defendant Doe was interested in her, and believed she was involved in a romantic relationship with a movie star,” according to The Hollywood Reporter. “Plaintiff was thrilled by the attention and invitation from defendant Doe,” Hirsch’s lawyer said, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

“The teenage Plaintiff did as the movie star instructed her to, and called defendant Doe soon after their first meeting,” they said.

The suit alleges the man coerced Hirsch to go with him on car rides, offered to help her with homework and spoke to her about “losing her virginity,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Hirsch said she had sex with the man multiple times and claims their relationship spanned over the course of a year.

Neither Beatty nor his representatives have directly commented on the allegations.
