Polls from four key states place Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis firmly in the lead against former President Donald Trump with likely Republican voters.

Surveys conducted between Nov. 11-13 by WPAi Intelligence on behalf of Club for Growth Action show DeSantis up double digits on Trump in New Hampshire, Florida, Iowa, and Georgia. Each poll showed DeSantis with higher margins than previous polling conducted in August. (RELATED: Voters Prefer DeSantis Over Trump For 2024: POLL)

A New Hampshire matchup has DeSantis at 52% compared to 37% for Trump with 11% undecided. A previous poll released in August had Trump and DeSantis even at 45% in the granite state.

DeSantis tallied 48% to Trump’s 37% in Iowa with 16% of respondents undecided, according to the poll. This comes after the Florida governor trailed Trump by 15% in the August poll.

DeSantis expanded his lead over Trump in his home state of Florida, where he registered 56% support from GOP voters next to 30% for Trump with 14% left undecided. He had been leading Trump 47% to 42% in the August version of the poll.

In neighboring Georgia, DeSantis is ahead at 55% to Trump’s 35% with 10% of voters undecided. His lead grew from 47% in August, with 12% of voters labelling themselves as undecided at the time.

The polls surveyed between 400 to 1,000 voters through cell phone interviews and landline calls. Margins of error ranged from +/- 3% to 4.9% depending on the state. Samples were selected from voter files in each state and adjusted for geography, age, gender, and vote history to ensure a representative sample, according to the poll.

A separate poll released by the Republican Party of Texas showed DeSantis ahead of Trump by a similar margin with likely Republican voters.
