REPORT: Blueface Arrested For Attempted Murder

Famous rapper Blueface was reportedly arrested for attempted murder Tuesday in Las Vegas, and the incident was caught on video.

Video footage of the bust shows Blueface being tackled to the ground by undercover police outside of Lo-Lo’s Chicken & Waffles. The undercover police officers throw him to the ground and put him in handcuffs while bystanders look on, as seen in a video posted by TMZ. Stunned onlookers began recording as the rapper was taken down alongside a group of other men.

“I don’t know what the fuck’s going on. That’s Blueface right there,” a man said as as the video rolled. “They just got his ass and threw him down” the man could be heard saying in the video.

Eyewitnesses reported that there were six to eight officers that participated in the take down, and they all arrived in unmarked cars, according to TMZ. The officers piled on top of Blueface while he was sitting with his girlfriend, Chrisean Rock, and a group of others.

Police on scene reportedly indicated they were executing an open arrest warrant. The legal documents associated with the warrant, obtained by the outlet, included a number of serious charges including felony attempted murder with the use of a deadly firearm or tear gas, according to TMZ. (RELATED: REPORT: Ariana Grande’s Brother Attacked And Robbed By Teenagers)

He is also reportedly facing charges of discharging a gun into a house, building, vehicle or craft in relation to the incident that dates back to Oct. 8, according to TMZ.

There is no word on whether or not he remains in police custody. The situation continues to unfold.
