Anne Heche’s ex-boyfriend, Thomas Jane, reportedly sued her estate for an unpaid loan of $149,106.04, which will continue to grow by $18.77 per day in interest until the matter is resolved.

Court documents reveal Jane and his lawyers filed creditors claim in court stating that he lent the late actress $157k, and she agreed to pay $10k per month beginning in August 2021, according to OK Magazine. Heche reportedly only made good on two payments in August and October 2021, but didn’t “make any further payments,” toward the loan, according to OK Magazine.

Legally filed documents broke down the financials in depth. Jane’s claim alleges there is $137,000 due toward the principal balance, $9,814.79 in interest and $2,291.85 in late charges, according to OK Magazine.

Heche had reportedly agreed to keep Jane informed about any future projects, and he claims she agreed to pay him 30% of any income she earned off projects that paid her in excess of $15k, according to OK Magazine.

Jane’s suit one of several that Heche’s estate is currently forced to contend with. Lynn Mishele, the owner of the home Heche crashed into, filed a $2 million lawsuit in Los Angeles earlier in November, claiming she and her pets were nearly killed and are currently homeless as a result of Heche’s actions, according to OK Magazine.(RELATED: REPORT: Owner Of Home Anne Heche Crashed Into Is Suing Her Estate)

Anne Heche’s son, Homer, is seeking control of his mother’s estate after discovering Heche died without a will, according to Rolling Stone.

Heche crashed her Mini Cooper into Mishele’s home  Friday, August 5, in the Mar Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles. She was declared legally brain dead August 12th and was taken off life support shortly after organ donor matches were found, according to Entertainment Tonight.
