“Mess around and find out.”

That’s exactly what happened here.

Video has surfaced of soccer legend Samuel Eto’o being very aggressive towards a YouTuber, even kneeing him in the face at one point, after Brazil blew out South Korea 4-1, at the World Cup on Dec. 5.

Eto’o — who wore the kits of sexy brands such as Chelsea, Barcelona and Inter Milan during his playing career — was hanging out with fans and taking photos with them while leaving Doha, Qatar’s Stadium 974. At one point, he was even interacting with a group of people and all smiles while at it.

Just a short time later, however, a YouTuber with a camera started following Eto’o as he was walking away from the group, and then started saying something to Eto’o repeatedly, with the legend originally trying to ignore him. Apparently the YouTuber was accusing him of bribing a referee in a World Cup qualifying game that saw Cameroon advance to the tournament after beating Algeria, Sportsnet reported.

Eto’o went on to apologize, and I love the fashion that he did it in, telling Algeria to knock it off with the accusations after giving a little bit of acknowledgment to the little YouTube guy, but making the allegations the centerpiece of the apology — love that. I mean, come on, it’s not like there’s corruption or anything in soccer.

This is totally the definition of “mess around and find out.”

If you don’t know the backstory, Eto’o is the president of Cameroon’s soccer federation, and his nation was in the World Cup after getting a controversial win over Algeria — the controversy being that Algeria questioned the win and wants a part of the match replayed.

This wise guy YouTuber, Said Mamouni — who has over 67,000 subscribers, is Algerian, NY Post reported. (RELATED: REPORT: Cristiano Ronaldo Set To Join Saudi Arabia’s Al Nassr On Record Deal Worth Over €500 Million)

That right there, that kills all credibility that this guy originally had, if he had any at all.

Mamouni is just lucky he didn’t get his block knocked off, I know that a knee from a professional soccer player had to have hurt, and you know Eto’o gave his full force with how pissed off he was.

And did you see that old guy that was with Eto’o who tried to take Mamouni’s camera away?

So great.
