Famous actor and former “Sexiest Man Alive” Paul Rudd offered some advice to Chris Evans as he passed the torch.

“There’s a lot you have to live up to,” the “Ant-Man” actor told his “Avengers: Endgame” co-star, who was declared People’s new Sexiest Man Alive in November.

“Look, here’s the deal, Chris. This comes with a lot of responsibility,” Rudd said. “If you want to sit down and maybe have like — we’ll probably need to spend the day, it’s going to take hours, because there’s a lot you have to live up to and there’s a lot expected of you,” he said. “And if you want to have like a real strategy session or what it’s been like and what’s required, I’m available.”

Rudd told People that the “Snowpiercer” star didn’t respond to take him up on his offer.

“Yeah, he’s never returned one text,” Rudd said. “[But he’s] absolutely busy. He’s the Sexiest Man Alive. There are no days off for that.”

Rudd’s interview included an admission of guilt from the actor, who shared that getting in shape for “The Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania” was an difficult experience. He said he had to work harder to get in shape for this movie than he did for the last one, according to People. (RELATED: How Is It We Are Just Now Becoming Aware Of The World’s Hottest Nerd?)

“I can be a hyper-focused person if I have a goal. If I’m doing one of these movies and I know that in four months I have to do a shirtless scene, I’m pretty dialed in,” he told the outlet. “I also try and find the happy medium. I could work out hard and eat perfectly and I’ll still look worse than most of the other Avengers.”
