Seattle Is Paying HOW Much For BLM Riot Damage?!

Seattle has agreed to pay $3.6 million in damages to business owners in response to the damage done from the 2020 summer of love riots, or the Black Lives Matter riots, according to the Washington Free Beacon.

Business owners who were stuck in the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone protest, best known as CHAZ, sued the city for damages because the city refused to crack down on protesters.

The Democratic mayor at the time, Jenny Durkin, insisted that CHAZ was just a peaceful protest. Durkin’s comments come in stark contrast to the facts. The area was home to a 250% increase in rapes, robberies, and murders, as well as the spot where a 16 and 19-year-old died via shootings.
