Multiple women have reportedly accused famous producer and estranged husband of model Emily Ratajkowski, Sebastian Bear-McClard, of sexual misconduct.
Three women have come forward with allegations against Bear-McClard amid his highly publicized and contentious divorce from Ratajkowski. Their statements were taken in the summer of 2022 and allege sexual misconduct by Bear-McClard on the set of “Good Time,” and “Uncut Gems,” according to Variety.
The first woman alleges she had a sexual relationship with Bear-McClard at the age of 17. The second woman was 18 during her alleged encounter with McClard in the apartment he shared with his then-wife Ratjakowski. “Sebastian and I started kissing. Things escalated and then, without asking for my consent, Sebastian inserted himself inside me without using a condom,” she said, according to Variety.

Bear-McClard is accused of meeting a 17-year-old girl on Instagram in 2016 and hiring her to play a small role in the film produced with Josh and Benny Safdie titled “Good Time,” according to Variety. The unnamed girl had an impoverished background and believed she was getting her big break. Instead, she alleges she was told to stand naked in front of nearly dozen males of the movie’s cast.
In a statement, the woman said she “was utterly stunned and felt terrified,” according to Variety. She went on to say, “My distress only worsened when out of nowhere, [an actor] whispered in my ear if ‘he could stick it in’ while the cameras rolled.”
More than a dozen sources familiar with Bear-McClard’s behavior, including two that were reportedly in the room when the girl appeared naked, according to Variety.
The Safdie brothers have since fired the producer from their shared company, Elara Pictures. A female spokesperson for the Safdie brothers released a statement saying “The Elara team were made aware of Sebastian McClard’s behavior in July 2022. They took immediate action and terminated him,” according to Variety.

The producer is also accused of exchanging suggestive messages to a 15-year-old girl on Instagram, which reportedly triggered his firing.
The third woman reportedly worked on several films as an intern and assistant. Her statement falls short of citing workplace sexual misconduct but speaks to Bear-McClard engaged in troubling behavior.
Ratajkowski declined to comment, but friends said she the allegations did not surprise her, according to Variety.
Ratajkowski married Bear-McClard in a New York courthouse in 2018 after dating for only two weeks. She filed for divorce from Bear-McClard citing an irretrievable breakdown of the marriage in 2022. She is currently fighting for sole custody of their son Sylvester, born in 2021.
