An angry fan reportedly filed a lawsuit Monday against country music superstar Morgan Wallen for cancelling one of his shows.

Brandi Burcham reportedly filed a federal lawsuit against Wallen after he cancelled his Oxford, Mississippi, show on Sunday at the very last minute, according to court documents reviewed by TMZ. Burcham is accusing the “Last Night” singer of breach of contract and negligence.

Wallen was unable to sing at the Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford, but didn’t inform fans until after his opening acts had already performed. Large screens at the concert told fans that Wallen had lost his voice and was therefore unable to perform the much-anticipated show.

The suit claims that fans have yet to be reimbursed for their tickets and that those guaranteed refunds do not cover all other out-of-pocket expenses for concert goers, TMZ continued. Apparently Burcham is trying to make the suit a class action so she can get other fans onboard to sue the singer. In an Instagram post shared Monday, Wallen announced he would have to cancel three additional shows due to doctor-ordered vocal rest. He’s currently in the first leg of this “One Thing At A Time” tour to promote his record-breaking album of the same title.
