Republican Arizona Rep. Andy Biggs suggested Monday President Joe Biden is “compromised” after hearing from Hunter Biden’s former business associate Devon Archer.

Archer interviewed before the House Oversight Committee where he detailed his business partnership with Hunter overseas and their alleged communication with the president. Archer had been expected to testify Hunter allegedly organized calls between his father and overseas business partners in Ukraine, Romania and China.

A reporter asked if the president is “compromised,” leading Biggs to say “I think so.”

“We’ll continue to do our due diligence and our research,” Biggs said.

The representative said Archer “talked about ‘the big guy'”— referring to Biden — and how Hunter allegedly pushed for the two to communicate with his father, who Biggs suspects Hunter referred to as “my guy.” (RELATED: DOJ Says It Won’t Obstruct Devon Archer’s Testimony)

“Devon Archer said that was an implication of who the ‘the big guy’ is, and Archer talked about the Big Guy and how Hunter Biden always said ‘we need to talk to my guy and see when my guy’s gonna be here’ and those types of things,” Biggs said.

An FD-1023 handed to Republican Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley reportedly found evidence of a Ukrainian business official allegedly discussing $5 million bribes to Biden and his son to get a prosecutor fired in the midst of his investigation into Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company where Hunter sat on the board. The official reportedly referred to the president as “the big guy.” Biggs added how Archer did not have any knowledge about the bribery scheme.

The president called the bribery scheme reports “a bunch of malarkey” during a June 8 press event. He also repeatedly denied having any involvement with his son’s business dealings in the lead up to the 2024 election.
