“The View” co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin visibly angered her fellow co-hosts after implying President Joe Biden is too old to serve in office.

Griffin said the millennial and Generation Z voters feel “underrepresented” by having 80-year-old Biden and 77-year-old former President Donald Trump being the frontrunners of the major political parties. Co-hosts Sunny Hostin and Joy Behar immediately pushed back in an attempt to defend the president.

“Age is something we have to address in this country. It is a factor with Joe Biden, there’s a Wall Street Journal poll that came out. 73% of Americans are worried that he is too old to be president again and he is going to be the Democratic nominee,” Griffin said.

“But, isn’t it true, and I don’t mean to interrupt you, but isn’t it true that Fox and all of those right-wing stations keep showing pictures of him tripping in the way that people trip?” Behar interrupted.

“Yeah, but the 73% of Americans, that’s not just Fox News viewers. That’s a lot of Democrats,” Griffin said.

“Trump is 77 and he [Trump] is overweight and he’s in terrible shape,” Hostin snapped. (RELATED: Peter Doocy Asks KJP Why 80-Year-Old Biden Is Treated ‘Like A Baby’)

“And he’s only three years younger than Biden,” Behar said.

Co-host Ana Navarro claimed Biden is in great shape and his age is of no concern. She compared the physically and mentally fit Rolling Stones lead singer Mick Jagger to Republican Kentucky Sen. Mitch McConnell, who froze up during a press conference on two occasions and had to receive medical evaluation.

Hostin interrupted Griffin as she argued Biden is past the average male life span in the U.S.

“For most of us, we didn’t see our grandfathers actually live to 81, it is hard to think about whether it’s Joe Biden—” Griffin began.

“I did,” Hostin interjected. “I did, and there are differences.”

An exasperated Hostin continued to argue against Griffin as she warned that Biden will age more due to the stressful job.

“He’s already aged, he’s riding bicycles and again, biological versus chronological. My grandmothers lived well into their 80’s and I got to tell you, they used to call me and tell me off about stuff that I said on the show,” Hostin said.

A poll released by the Wall Street Journal on Monday found that a vast majority of Americans, 73%, believe Biden is “too old” to serve as the Commander-in-Chief for another term. A Yahoo/YouGov poll from March found two-thirds of Americans believe Biden is unfit to run due to this age. A recent poll conducted by The Associated Press and NORC found 69% of Democrats believe the president is too old to govern effectively.

The president defended his age by saying his age brings a “little bit of wisdom” during his Labor Day remarks in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre got into a spat with Fox White House correspondent Peter Doocy after he asked why Biden is treated like a “baby,” branding the accusations to be “ridiculous.”
