Don’t let the door hit ya on the way out, Megan.

Megan Rapinoe is heading into her retirement with the same hatred for America that she’s always had, as the 38-year-old refused to sing the national anthem Sunday before her last game with the United States Women’s National Team. USWNT faced off in an “international friendly” exhibition game against South Africa at Solder Field — home of the NFL’s Chicago Bears.

After the anthem, a ceremony was held to honor Rapinoe, and the Americans went on to win 2-0.

This whole nonsense with Rapinoe started in 2016 when she stopped singing “The Star-Spangled Banner” as a “peaceful protest” against inequality and injustice in America that doesn’t exist and blah, blah, blah, according to Yahoo Sports. Basically, she jacked Colin Kaepernick’s lame ass style, even admitting that he was an inspiration.

And now she’s riding into retirement holding firm to her “screw America” stance.

Good riddance.

With the amount of success that Megan Rapinoe has had throughout her career, and as much as she’s done for U.S. women’s soccer, she could have been an iconic hero figure to all Americans — just imagine a non-political Megan Rapinoe who proudly sings the national anthem, and there’s nothing but glory. She would have been loved.

But instead, she didn’t do anything but divide an already divided nation, with a load of us just flat out not liking her, and it’ll be like this for the rest of her life.

She’ll end up regretting it one day, with her non-fans kicking her out of their lives forever and the few fans that she does have just completely forgetting about her. Irrelevance is coming soon, Megan. (RELATED: Native American Group Attempting To Bring ‘Redskins’ Name Back Now Suing Washington Commanders Over Defamation)

But enjoy your retirement. I know we will.
