We at the Daily Caller decided to run a handful of 2024 presidential candidates through an online attractiveness test, and the results were hilarious.

Through a seriously unscientific method, I found and analyzed a handful of high-quality photographs of Republican hopefuls Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, Vivek Ramaswamy, former President Donald Trump, as well as President Joe Biden, California Gov. Gavin Newsom, and Independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr via the Attractiveness Test website. The site uses “artificial intelligence” to rank the attractiveness of individuals in photographs on a scale of 1-10.

So, who came out on top? And who is the ugly duckling? Well, the results may surprise you! (RELATED: MSNBC Writer Hilariously Complains That GOP Candidates, RFK Jr., Have Gone Full Gym Bro Mode In Lead Up To 2024)

We first used a control image of Daily Caller icon Henry Rodgers to test the algorithm, which ranked as 5.38 via the site. Here’s the photograph we used, just so you’re aware of just how detailed we were in this exercise:

From here, I found at least two or three images of each presidential hopeful. The individuals had to either be smiling or stoic in the photographs, and their scores were average for the final results.

In what will be a stunning upset for liberals, former President Donald  Trump ranked at a 5.67, though a few of the photographs I analyzed ended up having the highest scores overall, well about a 6!

Finding photographs where Biden doesn’t look like a screaming crying baby was pretty hard. Of those analyzed, he scored a 4.58. Biden is officially the fugliest choice for president from our list.

DeSantis only scored an average of 5.57 for photographs where he smiled, as a measly 4.82 when he lets his face just … be his face. This genuinely surprised me, as DeSantis was seen as a bit of a Florida Daddy for a while. (RELATED: ‘How To Avoid World War III’: Vivek Ramaswamy Tells Tucker He Wants Heads On Spikes)

NEW YORK, NEW YORK – JULY 25: Democratic Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. listens as he is introduced by Rabbi Shmuley Boteach during the World Values Network’s Presidential candidate series at the Glasshouse on July 25, 2023 in New York City. Kennedy Jr., who is running a longshot primary campaign against President Joe Biden, joined Rabbi Shmuley Boteach to discuss fighting antisemitism and the championing of Israel. Kennedy has faced backlash for his stances on vaccines, most recently for comments he made suggesting that the coronavirus (COVID-19) disease could have been “targeted to attack Caucasians and Black people,” while sparing Jewish and Chinese people. He has denied allegations of racism and antisemitism. (Photo by Michael M. Santiago/Getty Images)

RFK Jr. ranked at a surprising low of 4.96. But, let’s be honest, RFK is most handsome when he opens his mouth and doesn’t say things about taking away guns. He’d be even more attractive if he stopped talking about housing first as a solution to the homeless vagrancy crisis … but hey, that just might be my bias talking.

Newsom came in with a pretty basic 5.78, only just beating DeSantis and Trump. Whatever he’s doing to his skin, it’s working. And though I truly believe a Newsom presidency would bring about the conclusion of western civilization, he’s a better-looking tyrannical sociopath than Biden.

COLUMBUS, OHIO – NOVEMBER 7: U.S. presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, speaks with reporters outside of his polling station on November 7, 2023 in Columbus, Ohio. He has said supports a six-week ban at the state level. (Photo by Andrew Spear/Getty Images)

The official Hottest 2024 Presidential Candidate* is Vivek Ramaswamy, bringing in a solid average 6.26 on the attractiveness test. The best photographs were when he smiled, but he also apparently has a bit of a resting smolder going on. Are you here for it?
