Alien Relics May Be From Ancient Technological Civilization, Harvard Scientist Claims

Renowned UFO/UAP researcher and Harvard professor Avi Loeb argued Friday relics thought to be of alien origin might just be the remnants of an ancient, technologically-developed civilization.

Between 541 and 252 million years ago, life erupted on planet Earth … and then it disappeared in the first known mass extinction event, which could have been caused by manmade global warming during the first-ever technologically advanced civilization’s rule, Loeb argued in an article published by The Debrief.

Did your head just sink into your hands? Mine did. Though Loeb’s thesis is pretty cool, suggesting 80 percent of life on Earth died suddenly because ancient humans did a pollution, it’s also super annoying for anyone (including me) who understands (a) the science of climate change, and (b) where the real threats are in terms of our next mass extinction event.

Mainstream science suggests an asteroid impact caused this historical extinction event. In fact, cosmic invaders who rip up our land and colonize our atmosphere with dust and debris are thought to be the cause of most major mass extinction events.

Despite this paradigm, mainstream science doesn’t really do anything to protect us from asteroid impacts. Many asteroids go completely undetected until they’re on top of us. Or, we’re not told about them because they might be on their way to kill us all, and the government/NASA/etc. has done absolutely nothing to stop it.

And then there’s the global warming of it all. Loeb somewhat counters his own argument by noting how 70 to 80 percent of life on Earth and in our oceans died during this one particular extinction. But I personally feel like Loeb just threw the “global warming” thing in there to get more attention from the woke masses to his work … I could be wrong, but Loeb is a clever guy. And this pitch just isn’t that clever to me at face value.

Obviously nothing built by this ancient civilization would survive through such an event, let alone the millions of years that have passed between then and now. But what about in space?

Surely this technologically advanced civilization would have launched things into our immediate cosmos, Loeb argues. So, perhaps those things we’re seeing in our skies are not alien, but instead the remnants of our very distant past? Loeb wants funding from the government (ie: he wants you to pay with your taxes) to research whether or not this hypothesis is true. Personally, I’d rather my taxes go toward something meaningful, like educating children on how to survive the stupidity of our politicians, but that’s just me. Using the “global warming” crux within his argument might get him the funding, though, because that is just how dumb our species is today.
