Country star, Luke Bryan, stepped on a cell phone that was thrown on stage during his performance at the Coast City Country Festival in Vancouver, Canada on April 20, and hit the floor hard.

Bryan was walking across the stage in the middle of his set, hyping up his audience, when he suddenly smacked the floor and went down on his back. His legs shot out in front of him as he tumbled. The crowd gasped as he fell and all the cameras remained up in the air, capturing every second of the mishap and the aftermath that followed. Bryan sat on the stage floor for a few seconds with a smile on his face, as the reality of what happened set in. He picked up the phone that a fan had chucked on the stage and tossed it back to the owner.

“It’s ok. Hey. My lawyer, my lawyer will be calling,” he joked, as he returned the phone.

The famous singer got up like a true champ and continued to laugh off the fall, but it was obvious that it was a hard drop to the stage. He inspected his left arm and elbow, seemingly to make sure he wasn’t bleeding, before he continued laughing and joking about what had just happened.

The 47-year-old seemed amused by what had just happened, and he leaned in to the fall.

“Did anybody get that [on camera]?” he quipped, as he looked out at the swarm of fans with their phones up.

He then grabbed a phone that another audience member was holding up, as he continued to poke fun at his own misfortune. He held up the phone as the video of his fall played, and the tech crew zoomed in. The accident was broadcast on the big screen so everyone could get a good look at what happened one more time.

“Let’s zoom in, zoom in,” he said, ensuring that fans could clearly see.
