Police reportedly arrested rapper Lil Reese and led him out of a downtown Los Angeles hotel in handcuffs after a woman accused the star of rape.
The woman phoned police at 3:30 am Sunday from the lobby of the hotel, law enforcement sources said . She claimed she went on a dinner date with Lil Reese, but shortly after their meal, he allegedly began to insist that they have sex, according to TMZ. Police said the unidentified woman turned down the rapper’s advances, but she said he allegedly forced himself on her and raped her.

Officers arrived on-scene and arrested 31-year-old Lil Reese, whose real name is Tavares Taylor, on suspicion of sexual assault and rape, according to TMZ.
Fellow rapper, Boosie Badazz, claimed to have witnessed the exchange between Lil Reese and posted his thoughts on the matter to social media.

Boosie Badazz went on to say, “Some woman lied on him or some shit.”

Lil Reese was later reportedly released on $100k bond and immediately broke his silence on the matter.
He shared his perspective on the serious allegations made against him.
“On my sister Ree Ree the whole story cap and made up,” Lil Reese wrote to social media.

“Fuc I look like this ain’t that I know better and the same way y’all posting that shi make sure yall post the case get thrown out on my court date they do anything for clout and tryna come up try again,” he said.
