Duran Duran is suing its own fan club.

The group is suing the fan club, based out of Chicago, because it says in 2010 the two parties agreed to a contract that the club could “collect memberships and sell merchandise” and Duran Duran was supposed to reap 75 percent of the profits, but apparently the group has not been paying the agreed revenue.
Most likely, it’s because no one in 2014 is joining a Duran Duran fan club, therefore the club isn’t receiving anything more than a pittance and cannot pay the band its due.
