Ryan Seacrest broke up with his model girlfriend Shayna Taylor in December.

Only days later, at his 40th birthday party in Napa, he met another blonde model — one who he is now reportedly dating.

Seacrest and his new model friend were spotted leaving the Gagosian Gallery on Madison Avenue in New York City this weekend.

Renee Hall, a Tennessee native, stands 5’9″ and has an eight-year-old son.
