The New York Jets are 100-percent living to up Gang Green’s expectations for the 2015 season.

And by that, I of course mean that two weeks into training camp, the team is already in total disarray.

According to ESPN, Jets starting quarterback Geno Smith will miss the first 6-10 weeks after he was sucker punched by linebacker IK Enemkpali during a locker room scuffle on Tuesday. A visibly angry head coach Todd Bowles called the incident “a very childish matter” and “something two sixth-graders could’ve handled.” Enemkpali was a sixth round draft pick in 2014 and has been subsequently released by the team.

Veteran Ryan Fitzpatrick is expected to start in place of the injured Smith, who will require surgery to fix his broken jaw.
