Caitlyn Jenner responded to the slew of jokes Ricky Gervais made about him during the Golden Globes.

The host was heavily criticized after he opened up the awards show with a joke about Jenner’s transition.

“I’ve changed,” he added. “Not as much as Bruce Jenner, obviously. Now Caitlyn Jenner, of course.” (RELATED: Ricky Gervais Won’t Apologize For Caitlyn Jenner Joke That Offended Everyone)

“What a year she’s had. She became a role model for trans people everywhere, showing great bravery in breaking down barriers and destroying stereotypes. She didn’t do a lot for women drivers, but you can’t do everything.”

On Thursday, Jenner said he wasn’t a fan of the joke. (RELATED: Ricky Gervais Just Angered The Trans Community With This Caitlyn Jenner Joke)

“On Ricky, I think what I’m going to do is call the Golden Globes and see if they need a new host for next year,” Jenner said. “And we’ll solve that problem.”
