Lena Dunham, who is a horrible trash-fire of a human being, made “news” this week when she complained about some American Airlines employees she claimed were “having a transphobic talk.”

Not only did she snitch on the two alleged transphobes, but she made sure everybody knew about it:

As you will not be surprised to learn, there is no evidence whatsoever that this “transgression” actually took place. Fox News:

Lena Dunham took to Twitter on Thursday to complain about two American Airlines employees she claimed to have overheard engaging in “transphobic talk” — but the airline has since stated that they are “unable to substantiate” Dunham’s version of events.

“We always look into complaints from customers, but at this time, we are unable to substantiate these allegations,” American Airlines tells Fox News.

I have no reason to disbelieve Lena Dunham, other than her entire history as a public figure. But even if it were true… so what? Why the hell is a (relatively) famous millionaire going around snitching on random flight attendants she overhears saying things she doesn’t like? Who made Lena Dunham the speech police?

I’m old enough to remember when right-wingers in America were the ones scolding everybody about supposedly improper behavior.

Watch what you say at the airport, or some tubby little ball of talentlessness with nothing better to do with her time might squeal on you. Hooray for Lena Dunham, Thought Cop.
