A woman in Texas was arrested Friday for allegedly selling her 7-year-old son to two men.

Texas Department of Public Safety officials took Esmeralda Garza, 29, into custody while she was allegedly in the process of selling two other children, her 2-year-old and 3-year-old daughters, officials said according to KIII-TV. Authorities were in her home with a warrant to search for drugs when they came upon the alleged sales of children.

Garza, who was living in Corpus Christi, is charged with the sale or purchase of a child. The crime Garza is accused of is a third-degree felony, and she is being held on $100,000 bond in the Nueces County Jail, reported KRIS-TV. Another male and female were also arrested in the raid that resulted in Garza’s arrest, but officials have not stated whether the two were involved in the alleged sale of minors.
