Indiana Pacers guard Victor Oladipo suffered a horrible injury Wednesday night against the Toronto Raptors.
The former Indiana Hoosiers star had his knee buckle while chasing a player down, and it became clear immediately that it was a serious situation.
It’s hard to tell in the video what caused his knee to give it out. It just kind of went on him. However, what is clear is that it’s not good. You can watch the video below. Prepare to have your stomach get unsettled.
Yikes. Hope Victor Oladipo is okay. That looks like a pretty gruesome injury. #Pacers pic.twitter.com/2S2tGodXUp

Just brutal for Oladipo. Knee injuries that happen like that without contact are often the scariest.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski, the Pacers fear that the injury could be enough to end his season. I’d say their fear is more than justified. (RELATED: Washington Redskins Quarterback Who Suffered Horrific Leg Injury Gets Some Great News)
Preliminary exam has left Pacers with fear that Victor Oladipo has suffered a season-ending knee injury that will require surgery, league sources tell ESPN. He will undergo an MRI on Thursday.

You just hate to see guys get hurt, especially with knee injuries. Hopefully, Oladipo is able to make a major return to the NBA next season.
In the meantime, I think it’s safe to speculate this his year ended last night.
Let’s all say a prayer for him. He’s got a very long road of rehab ahead of him.
