Cardi B discussed how she is dealing with the side effects of her plastic surgery on her Instagram story Saturday.
The “Please Me” singer posted a photo of her swollen feet to her Instagram, according to a report published Monday by Page Six. In the photo, Cardi B has both of her feet propped up on a vanity desk, and there are clear indentations of her shoes on her skin.

“Look how swollen my feet get every time I take flights,” Cardi B captioned the grossly swollen-feet picture. “Somach gets even more puffy.”
The swelling of her feet and the puffiness of her stomach post-liposuction and other plastic surgeries are the reasons Cardi B’s doctor suggested she take a break from her concerts, the “I Like It Singer” explained after having to cancel a few shows. “I hate canceling shows because I love money,” Cardi B said at the time. “I’m a money addict, and I get paid a lot of money, a lot of money for these shows. A lot of money. I’m canceling millions of dollars in shows, but like, health is wealth, so I have to do what I have to do.”

Her feet look absolutely scary, and if I were her, I’d be doing everything I could to fix them as soon as possible. Her health is definitely more important than her shows if her feet look that bad.
