Antonio Brown had a bizarre attack Sunday on the XFL.

The former Steelers star and disgraced NFL player was asked if he’d play in the XFL when it started in 2020, and responded with, “I’ll buy the XFL tell @VinceMcMahon his league will only last 3 weeks max.”

For those curious where Brown’s anger might be coming from, it was reported a while ago that the XFL had no interest in him after he was bounced from the NFL. (RELATED: Antonio Brown Says He ‘Will Not Be Playing In The NFL Anymore’)

Now, it seems like he feels the need to attack the league before it even returns in early 2020. Why? Well, I guess Antonio Brown has a lot of free time on his hands these days, and he’s spending it ripping Vince McMahon’s football league on Twitter.

Unsurprisingly, Brown has no idea what the hell he’s talking about. Trust me, the XFL is going to be around a lot longer than three weeks.

The money is there, Vince McMahon got it put on ESPN, Fox, and FS1 and people are craving spring football. Somehow, I guess that Brown missed all of those developments.

The reality is that the NFL doesn’t want anything to do with the disgraced receiver, and the XFL is smart to not want to touch him either.

Let him flounder out into irrelevancy. The world of football is much better off without Brown involved.

Good riddance, AB. The world of football couldn’t get rid of you fast enough!
