Here’s the reality of the situation for everybody out there, and I say it as somebody who has no love for the SEC.
Until I consistently see Alabama lose the conference, then it’s Nick Saban’s show. Yes, they didn’t win last year as LSU cruised to a national title.

I don’t care, and it really doesn’t matter. One season of not winning the title doesn’t mean Alabama’s reign of terror is over.
Until we see other teams win the SEC on a regular basis, I’m not picking against Alabama. I’m just not doing it.

Would I love to watch LSU and Coach O keep winning and take over the conference? Sure. There’s a lot of things I’d love to see happen, but that doesn’t mean it’s likely.
The Tigers should be great again, but I’m still rolling with the Tide.
