Say whatever you want about Hollywood and the film industry, but the war on coronavirus isn’t the time to be picky.

People are hurting right now, and there are millions of people who are struggling across the country. We need all the help we can get.

On top of that, the entertainment industry has come to a grinding halt as theaters across America have shut their doors because of coronavirus.

You can hate Hollywood all you want, but you can’t deny that this is a classy move from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Every little bit helps, and $6 million is a hell of a lot of cash.

Let’s hope this situation ends sooner than later, and the theaters can open back up. Until then, we’re probably going to see Hollywood struggle for a a long time.
