NFL ‘Draft-A-Thon’ Raises $6.6 Million To Help Win The War Against Coronavirus

The NFL raised a ton of money during the draft to help defeat coronavirus.

According to the league, the “Draft-A-Thon” hosted by the NFL during the draft process raised $6.6 million to help those in need during the crisis. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

It’s just the latest act from the world of football to help people struggling during this incredibly difficult moment in American history.

Once again, the world needed heroes, and who stepped up to answer the call? The world of football. It seems like with every passing day, there’s another story about people involved with football helping out.

Raising more than $6 million is simply a staggering amount of cash, and it’s the latest sign of the NFL going to bat for America.

The world of football has done an incredible amount to help those who need it during the coronavirus pandemic.

From college coaches and players getting involved to people in the NFL, there’s been no shortage of great examples of the work done by those in the football community.

Something tells me this also won’t be the last example of something we see of this nature out of the NFL. My guess is there will be more and more fundraisers as we get into the season. No matter what, we shouldn’t forget all the incredible acts of kindness. They sure do bring a smile to my face!
