Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers will host an episode of “Jeopardy!”
During a Tuesday interview with Pat McAfee, Rodgers announced that he taped an episode of the hit trivia show as the guest host, and it’ll air “pretty soon.” (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

This is so cool. I’m not even an Aaron Rodgers fan, and I still think this is awesome. Obviously, nobody will ever fill the role of Alex Trebek.
Trebek was a legend in the game prior to his death, and he’s the kind of guy you simply can’t replace. It’s never going to happen.

However, having a few guest hosts fill in is a great idea, especially if you can pull major names like Ken Jennings and Aaron Rodgers.
They won’t match Trebek, but they’ll get the show rolling and people engaged.
