Brooklyn Nets star Kyrie Irving is reportedly under investigation for allegedly not wearing a mask.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski (who has blocked me on Twitter for some unknown reason) and Malika Andrews, the league is investigating a social media post allegedly showing Irving not wearing a mask. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)
Sources with @Malika_Andrews: As the NBA is expected to begin examining online videos circulating of a maskless Kyrie Irving at a family birthday party, there’s no belief that he will return to the Brooklyn Nets lineup this week.

Irving has missed four consecutive games for personal reasons, been ruled out tonight vs. Denver and sources expect him to continue to be sidelined at least through Wednesday (Knicks) and Saturday (Orlando) games. https://t.co/cPemTB0eHi

You can see what appears to be the video in question in the tweet below.

Obviously, it’s not crystal clear right now if the video is legit, when it was taken or if that’s Kyrie. It obviously looks just like him but you never know.
Having said that, if it’s determined that it is him, then what the hell was he thinking?

What is it with pro athletes not being able to listen to the guidelines issued by their respective leagues. Dwayne Haskins violated protocols, James Harden did and many others have too.
They’re being paid a ton of money! Just follow the rules!
Dwayne Haskins was finally back as a starter [due to injury] and after losing to the #Seahawks, apparently decided to party at a strip club.
The team is aware of the posts and are in contact with the league while handling it internally, per @NickiJhabvala pic.twitter.com/z5uYHTQJ19

All we need pro athletes to do is be smart and the rest will take care of itself. There’s no need to put yourself at extra risk and violate the rules!
If you’re being paid millions of dollars to play a game, then simply play it safe. It’s not hard to understand.
