It sounds like more “Harry Potter” content is very much a real thing.
There have been whispers and rumors that WarnerMedia intends on producing more “Harry Potter” stories down the road, but there hasn’t been much concrete evidence. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)
That is until now! According to The Hollywood Reporter, WarnerMedia CEO Jason Kilar touched on the subject Thursday while speaking to the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media and Telecommunications Conference.
He told the audience, “There’s this little thing called Harry Potter, which is one of the most beloved franchises. And we’re incredibly thankful to be able to partner with J.K. Rowling and so I would argue there’s lot of fun and potential there as well.”
Below is a live look at my reaction to news that more “Harry Potter” movies or a TV show might be on the way.
It’s not a secret at all that I’m a huge “Harry Potter” fan. I can’t even tell you all how many times I’ve read the entire series because I honestly don’t know.
It’s certainly north of a dozen times. I used to be able to tell people what happened in specific chapters by being told the chapter title.
Not sure I could still do that, but it was a fun game back in the day.
Now, it sounds like we have some new stories coming down the pipeline. If you’re not here for it, then you’re no friend of mine.
Now, how soon will we get new “Harry Potter” stories? It’s going to be a few years. If they’re only now just openly talking about it, then there’s no way at all it’s even close.
