The Big 10 generated the most revenue in college sports last year.

According to Steve Berkowitz, the B1G generated $768.9 million during the 2020 fiscal year, which was obviously hampered by the coronavirus pandemic. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

The SEC was second at $728.9 million. After that, there was a gigantic gap between the top two spots and the rest of the country.

Once again, the B1G sits at the top of the mountain. I can’t even tell you all how many times I’ve told people the Big 10 has the largest net in this country.

People don’t like hearing it, but you not wanting to hear it doesn’t make it true. The B1G prints money.

The conference literally runs from Nebraska to the Atlantic Ocean. When you cover such a large area, it’s going to result in making a ton of money from TV and other places.

Fans in the SEC might hate hearing it, but it doesn’t make the situation any less true.
