When you’re winning in the NFL, you keep the band together. You don’t even risk splitting it up. After just one season with Tom Brady, Arians helped bring the Lombardi Trophy to Tampa.
Why even bother risking him or anyone else in the command structure not being happy. Pay the man and keep things moving!
During an offseason that saw the #Bucs retain all their starters and give Tom Brady a new contract, they just did the same to their coach and GM. Incredible stability. https://t.co/PmxklUZE3r

Now, it’s time to find out where or not the Bucs can repeat. Seeing as how they literally kept the entire unit of starters together, it’s hard to imagine they won’t open the season as the favorite.

Props to Arians for getting his money after earning a ring.
