Production on “House of the Dragon” has been halted.

According to Deadline, HBO has stopped production on the highly-anticipatedGame of Thronesprequel because of “a positive case in zone A, which includes cast and crew.” (REVIEW: ‘Westworld’ Season 3 Ends With The Possible Deaths Of Multiple Characters)

If everything goes according to plan, production will start again Wednesday.

Obviously, this isn’t a great situation and it’s a reminder that we’re still not 100% of the woods just yet. We’re still experiencing hiccups when it comes to winning the war against coronavirus.

Production being halted on a major series is proof of that fact.

However, there’s literally no reason to panic at all. Production is halted for a few days, things will get under control and then cameras will roll again on “House of Dragon.”

It’s a minor situation, and we don’t need to treat it like the world is coming to an end.

More than anything, people are excited for “House of the Dragon” to arrive in 2022, and the last thing we want for the show to get delayed.

Let’s hope like hell it doesn’t happen!
