Jackson Mahomes, brother of Kansas City Chiefs superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes, was arrested and charged Wednesday for aggravated sexual battery following an incident in a Kansas restaurant earlier in 2023, according to jail records cited by multiple outlets.

Mahomes, 22, was booked at around 7:42 a.m. local time in the Johnson County Jail and was held on $100,000 bond. He will be arraigned Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. local time.

Back in February, the TikTok star came under investigation for allegedly forcing himself on an Overland Park female restaurant owner and kissing her, as well as purportedly shoving a teenage waiter. Restaurant owner Aspen Vaughn told The Kansas City Star that Mahomes grabbed her throat and forcibly kissed her — and did so at least twice.

“He forcibly kissed me out of nowhere,” Vaughn said at the time. “And I’m telling him, pushing him off saying, ‘What are you doing?’ and then he proceeded to do it two more times, where the last time I was pushing him off, and I can see on the cameras that somebody was outside the office door, and I was yelling for them to come help, because he’s big and massive.” (RELATED: New York Jets Pulling Out All The Stops For Aaron Rodgers As They Reportedly Sign His Former Teammate Randall Cobb)

Mahomes’ lawyer has denied the allegations.
