Famous director Christopher Nolan took a leap out of his comfort zone by including full frontal nudity and a hot and heavy sex scene in the highly anticipated “Oppenheimer.”

Nolan is known for having an aversion to explicit content, but its an area he explored in this film, according to The New York Post. He has gone from Gotham City to the bedroom, and fans are ready to embark on this new adventure with the award-winning director. “Oppenheimer” will feature the movie’s star, Cillian Murphy, in non-blurred, full-frontal nudity scenes, and for the first time ever, Nolan has scripted sex scenes for his characters.

The film reportedly dives into “prolonged full nudity” between Murphy and Pugh, and not just a glimpse, as fans may have originally thought, according to The New York Times.

Nolan marks a career-first by fully exploring this new territory of sexual content. The movie includes an intensely sexual scene between “Peaky Blinders” star Murphy and Emily Blunt, who plays the role of his wife in the film.

The film centers around Cillian Murphy, who plays the role of the man that invented the atomic bomb during World War II. It has already been hailed as some of Nolan’s best work. The movie has a three hour run-time and promises to thrill audiences by exploring how one man’s brilliance and relentless drive changed the scope of war forever, and led to mass hysteria and hundreds of thousands of deaths. The film is set for worldwide release July 21 and is the most explicit work in Nolan’s 25-year career.
