“This Is Us” actress Mandy Moore said she fell victim to a porch pirate and shared the details of her story with her 5.5 million Instagram followers Wednesday.
Moore said she was questioning the whereabouts of a stroller she’d ordered for her child. This prompted her to check her security cameras, where she discovered footage of the alleged theft.
“This dude watched for an hour while the box sat outside and then climbed a side of hill to snag them,” the famous actress wrote to her Instagram Stories, which expire after 24 hours unless saved by the user.

Moore was notably upset that someone had apparently waited around her residence and took advantage of her by stealing an item right off her doorstep. She shared the details in the now-expired Instagram post, along with a still image allegedly showing the robbery in progress.
“I was wondering where the [CYBEX] stroller I ordered for Ozzie went,” Moore wrote. “I was going back and forth with customer service and [FedEx] and I swore to them it wasn’t delivered and then I found this video (which won’t load here for some reason).”

Moore’s security system appeared to capture the alleged culprit making off with the stroller, which seemingly left the famous actress uneasy.

The star didn’t indicate whether she’d called the police at any time, either to report the alleged stroller thief or to provide officers with the surveillance footage as evidence.
