Titusville, Florida, police arrested wrestling star Teddy Hart, the nephew of former wrestlers Bret and Owen Hart, on Friday, resulting in two felony charges: possession of MDMA and possession of a controlled substance without prescription.
Police say they discovered the drugs in Teddy’s rental vehicle after a routine traffic stop, according to TMZ. Officers reported that they initially pulled the independent wrestler over after observing him running a red light at high speed in his 2022 Mustang and that they noticed “overbearing odor of burnt marijuana emanating” from his car, per the outlet.

Police then searched his car, where they then claim to have located “an unsealed medical marijuana container with a faded label inside of the glove compartment,” as well as “several pieces of loose leaf marijuana shake,” according to TMZ.
Titusville police said they also found a baggie containing red pills, another baggie filled with red powder and another filled with blue powder, all of which tested positive for MDMA, the outlet reported.
Hart also reportedly had two small vials labeled Masteron and Testosterone Cypionate, which police described as known anabolic steroids, in the car, per TMZ.

Hart has had several previous run-ins with the law, including one for possession of controlled substances.
In 1998, when he was just 18 years old, Hart became the youngest person to ever sign a WWE developmental contract. He has gone on to wrestle with numerous organizations over the course of his career.
