Missouri Democratic Rep. Cori Bush screamed at Republicans on the House floor Thursday as Majority Leader Rep. Steve Scalise was giving a speech in support of the GOP appropriation bills.
As Scalise was speaking on the House floor before August recess, Bush can be heard screaming, “Your bills are racist!”
