Adele seemingly confirmed during her friend Alan Carr’s comedy show Saturday in Los Angeles she secretly married sports agent Rich Paul.
The famous singer reportedly spoke out about being married in the most unexpected way, according to fans at the comedy show who provided a statement to media outlet Deuxmoi, according to Page Six.
“I was at Alan Carr’s comedy show in LA tonight and Adele was in the audience,” a fan said, according to Page Six. “Alan asked the crowd if anyone got married recently and Adele shouted ‘I did.'”

Another fan recounted a nearly identical story when speaking with the outlet.
“When he asked if anyone got married recently, she yelled, ‘I did.’ Super cute all around and was super sweet but dipped right before it ended,'” the fan said, according to Page Six.

“Adele was sitting right behind me with a friend having the best time. Her security only came in to bring her snacks,” the fan said, per Page Six. “She didn’t care if people knew she was there. She was heckling him — they’re best friends.”
Another fan also reportedly confirmed Adele shyly said “I did” when Carr asked who had recently got married.

During a brief interaction with a female fan, she said, “You can’t marry me. I’m straight, my love, and my husband’s here tonight.”
Adele and Paul went public with their relationship in 2021. Neither has been photographed with wedding rings on.
