Famous artist, Kid Cudi, broke his foot after jumping off the Coachella stage, Sunday.
Kid Cudi was in the middle of his set at the Sahara Stage, and seemed to be attempting to jump off a platform at the time. Video footage of his jump showed that the famous singer seemed unsteady on his feet before his big fall. He looked as though he was attempting to regain his footing, to maneuver to a lower stage level, but then suddenly noticed he couldn’t do it and took a big leap that ended badly.
“Hey guys, so I broke my foot today at the show,” he wrote to his Twitter account in the early hours of Monday morning. “just leavin the hospital. Never broken a bone before so this is all a bit crazy.”

Kid Cudi’s jump seemed to be unplanned and it’s unclear if he realized he had to clear quite a bit of equipment that was stacked at the front of the stage before he’d be able to get to the actual floor.
It was evident something was wrong as soon as he hit the floor, and security agents immediately swarmed around him to lend a hand to the famous singer.

He struggled to get up, and was visibly in pain. Two security guards got him back in the standing position, and attempted to help him walk it off, but it was immediately clear that he couldn’t put any pressure on his right foot. He bent his leg at the knee and put an arm around each of the guards on either side of him, then jumped on one foot as he was led away from the crowd.
The famous rapper thanked his loyal fans for their support on social media.
“I wanna thank u all for ur concerns and well wishes!! I love yall man,” he wrote to Twitter.
