This is great … just so great.

LIV Golf captain Bryson DeChambeau faced a 54-yard bunker shot Sunday evening during the U.S. Open, and to top it off, it came on the 18th hole of Pinehurst No. 2. But in true clutch fashion, DeChambeau put it down to give him the championship.

Following his win, DeChambeau celebrated with the fans, even letting them all touch the trophy in such a glorious moment. But that wasn’t the only glory that came in the aftermath, another moment came when the 30-year-old decided to make another stop at the 18th hole — this time with Johnson Wagner of the Golf Channel. During a “Live From” segment, Wagner was attempting to recreate DeChambeau’s iconic shot, and now had DeChambeau there with him to help him out. Before DeChambeau showed up (doing so with his trophy in hand while pulling up in a cart, I might add), Wagner had a first try at recreating DeChambeau‘s shot, but it went way over the green for an epic fail.

When DeChambeau showed up, he went into the bunker to join Wagner, and started to give him some tips on how he could make a better shot. Well, Wagner listened and gave it another go, and this time, Wagner gave us a shot that … well … won the U.S. Open for DeChambeau. Not only did he land the ball on the green, but it was right beside the hole.

I know Johnson Wagner slept good after that … so much glory.
