There is a reason this knife normally costs $300. It is of high enough quality to be used either by a chef in a restaurant or by you in your own kitchen. Chopping, slicing, dicing, mincing…this knife can do all of it. The whole enchilada, if I may employ a cooking idiom myself. Eighty percent of customers who reviewed it gave it a perfect 5 out of 5 stars.
It is not often you can save over $262 on something this good. There’s no real way of explaining it. Sometimes you just have to say thank you and enjoy the extra money in your pocketbook.
