World-famous rapper Kanye West will visit the White House this week to have lunch with President Donald Trump and meet his senior advisors, White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said in a Tuesday morning statement.

“Kanye West is coming to the White House to have lunch with President Trump, and he will also meet with Jared Kushner. Topics of discussions will include manufacturing resurgence in America, prison reform, how to prevent gang violence and what can be done to reduce violence in Chicago,” Sanders said.

West’s trip was first reported by The New York Times. The musician has been a vocal proponent of Trump across his social media platforms and said he was recently “bullied” at popular late-night comedy show “Saturday Night Live” for wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat.
